IT Infrastructure Engineer
Our client is a well-established company operating regionally and providing specialized industrial services as well as in Hospitality/Retail.
The role:
Provide technical systems support to the company's (several thousand) users, working in countries primarily across Southeast Asia
Work with the IT group managers to help ensure maximum availability and help make improvements to processes and systems
About you:
3+ years experience in setting up, maintaining, and supporting both physical and virtual servers
Proficient in virtualization and cloud technologies including Hyper-V, AWS and/or Azure
Solid background in providing technical support for users
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to work with supervisors and managers to ensure agreement on plans and completion of actions.
