Asst. IT Operations Manager
Our client is a Bangkok-based regional business and has an operational presence in 14 countries globally. They are the partner of choice for leading automotive, equipment, services and food brands in Southeast Asia and beyond.
The role:
Lead and manage all aspects of IT Infrastructure, including strategic planning, budgeting, policy development, risk management, asset management, network design, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement, to ensure high performance and compliance with industry standards.
About you:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 3 years managing a team in an IT environment with knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Proficiency in MS Office 365 Services
Experience with ITIL practices and certification in IT Service Management
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams, coupled with excellent commercial acumen to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.
