Job Description
UX Specialist
Our client is an established International company in the online Travel sector, primarily focussing on the US and European markets and with their main development capability based in Bangkok.
The Role:
Conduct UX/CX research into specific users needs, develop personas and map out user journeys.
Create mock-ups and prototypes, and organize and run user tests.
Evaluate existing sites and products for usability and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with the product team to coordinate efforts and determining priorities for ongoing development cycles
About you
5+ years experience in UX research/design work.
Experience working in online Travel and/or lead-generation businesses preferred.
Proficiency in research tools and software for data analysis and visualization.
Strong understanding of user-centered design and mapping user journeys.
Good understanding of designing graphics, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Able to work closely with product teams and help ensure delivery of measurable system improvements.
Very good English and communications skills
